I believe mediation can mend and preserve relationships while minimizing the substantial costs, risks and uncertainties of litigation.

As comprehension of the situation expands and the opposing point of view is better understood, the ability to work together towards resolution increases.

Rather than focusing on the conflict, I assist parties in thoroughly exploring and understanding their basic interests, developing mutually acceptable options and in creating objective standards to be incorporated in the resolution of the dispute, in order to reach a gradual consensus. I am committed to separating the people from the problems in order to deal directly and empathetically with each other as human beings.
